Your order will be delivered by bPost to your home or another specified delivery address. Exceptionally, it may be that another company such as DHL, DPD, UPS, ... is used if it turns out that they offer a more favorable rate for that particular shipment.
In most cases you do not have to pay shipping costs, but this depends entirely on your order. If you place an order with a total amount above €100, you do not pay any shipping costs.

As soon as we have received your payment (which usually happens almost immediately), you will receive a confirmation from us. Depending on when you order, we will ship your package the same day or at latest the next working day with the most suitable supplier. DENCK strives for a fast service, and therefor makes every effort to deliver the package within 2 to 3 working days.
PRE-ORDERS: with PRE-ORDERS, the estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page itself and deviates from the normal delivery time of 2 to 3 days.
Yes you can. As soon as you package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link. This track & trace link is activated when your package has arrived at the carrier. This way you can track the shipment of your package.
Please note: small items that simply fit in an envelope do not have a track & trace.
Has your order been confirmed by e-mail, has it already been paid or have you received the invoice of your order? Then your order is final and it will be sent to the delivery address. Do you really not want the order? Then it is best to refuse the order at the door. The carrier returns the package to us and as soon as we have received it we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
If no one is present during the first delivery attempt, you will be notified (normally by both a note in the letterbox and en e-mail). You can also follow this via the track & trace link you received from us.
The carrier will let you know where your order is by means of the note and/or e-mail. Below are the possible options:

You can pick up the package the next day at the nearest collection point
It may happen that the shipment of your order is delayed. The delay may occur in our warehouse or with the carrier. To make sure your order is still on its way, you can check the following:
- The track & trace link of your order: does it say that your order has not yet been delivered? Then your order is still on its way.
- The delivery address: have you entered the correct delivery address? You can check this in the shipping confirmation you received from us?
- Your letterbox: have you received a not from our carrier in your letterbox? Then your order may have been delivered to the neighbors or to a collection point. It is also possible that the carrier will make a new delivery attempt. This is stated on the letter.
Is your order no longer on its way? Do you see via the track & trace link that your order has been delivered, and you have not yet received your order? Or do you see that your order is being returned to our warehouse? Please contact us.
That is annoying and of course not the intention. Unfortunately, there may be delays due to various circumstances. You can find the most current delivery information via the track & trace link of your order. Does it really take too long or does your track & trace link shows something strange?
